Writer and film archivist, Sharon Thompson is the author of Going All the Way: Teenage Girls’ Tales of Sex,  Romance, and Pregnancy (Hill & Wang, Farrar, Straus and Giroux), and she was co-editor, with Ann Snitow and Christine Stansell, of Powers of Desire: The Politics of Sexuality (Monthly Review, New Feminist Library). Her stories and articles have appeared in a wide range of periodicals, including Feminist Studies, Village Voice, Heresies, Cosmopolitan, Womens’ Review of Books, and the Journal of Sex Research. Her work is included in such anthologies as Disorderly Conduct and Pleasure and Danger, and she has presented at numerous universities and conferences. She's founder and executive director of the Lesbian Home Movie ProjecT(LHMP).
